This Cookie Policy explains how Youthclearpure.world uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on this website. In New Zealand, information collected through cookies may be personal information under the Privacy Act 2020 when it can identify you or is linked to you. We handle that information in line with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a site. Local storage is a similar browser feature we use to remember your cookie preferences. These technologies help the site function, remember choices, and—only with your consent—support analytics or marketing measurement.
How we use cookies (categories)
| Category | Purpose | Legal basis (NZ / GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice, basic site operation. | Required for service; IPP 11 (not to limit rights) does not prevent essential cookies. GDPR: legitimate interest / necessary for service. |
| Analytics | Aggregated statistics on visits, pages viewed, and performance (only if enabled). | Your consent via banner; Privacy Act transparency (IPP 3). |
| Marketing | Measuring ad or campaign effectiveness; no sale of personal information. | Your consent; UEM Act if linked to electronic marketing. |
We do not set non-essential analytics or marketing cookies until you choose Accept all or enable them in Cookie settings. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because the site cannot operate fairly without them.
Specific cookies and storage we may use
- tdde_cookie_consent (local storage) — stores your cookie choices; duration up to 12 months; strictly necessary for honouring your preferences.
- Session / security cookies — may be set by our hosting provider for security; typically session-length.
- Analytics cookies (only if consented) — pseudonymous identifiers to count visits and traffic sources; typical retention up to 13 months depending on provider configuration.
If we add new cookies, we will update this table and, where required, request fresh consent.
Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Preference data in local storage is kept up to 12 months unless you clear it sooner. Analytics retention follows the provider’s settings but we configure minimised retention where possible.
Managing your choices
On any page you can use the cookie banner to:
- Accept all — enable analytics and marketing cookies.
- Reject — only strictly necessary cookies and preference storage.
- Cookie settings — toggle analytics and marketing separately; strictly necessary cannot be disabled.
You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Clearing cookies may reset your preferences. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Overseas providers
Analytics or hosting providers may process cookie-related data outside New Zealand. We disclose this under IPP 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 and use appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing and electronic messages (UEM Act)
Marketing cookies do not by themselves subscribe you to emails. If we send commercial electronic messages to New Zealand recipients, we will do so only with your consent, include accurate sender details, and provide a functional unsubscribe facility as required by the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Online advertising (including Google Ads)
This website may be promoted through Google Ads or similar platforms. If you arrive via an advertisement, the landing page content matches the ad topic (freelancer day planning). We do not use ads to promote medical treatments, supplements, or guaranteed results. Third-party ad platforms may set cookies when you consent via our banner; their use is governed by their policies as well as ours.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information derived from cookies, or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (see our Privacy Policy). GDPR rights apply to eligible visitors as set out there.
